It's a fairly entertaining manga. I enjoy the character dynamics, and for what it's worth, it's a nice manga. You can just sit back and pop it open, and read about the misadventures of Nagatoro and Senpai. I particularly enjoyed the dynamic Senapi has with Nagatoro's friends, as it often leads to hilarious plots for chapters. The art is nice, though I can never really get over the sketchy faces Nagatoro makes. (Hint: the author worked on a different kind of manga previously!). There is no real story, buts it's nice to watch the love between Senpai and Nagatoro. Overall, and entertaining manga. It ain't for everyone, but it's great for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Recently I've start to read a ton of romances. There aren't many that I like because of the MC's being a pussy and blushing every 2 seconds. But, this one is for some unknown reason bearable. Maybe because this actually has character development. A 'kouhai' Nagatoro who is pretty much a gal/gyaru that takes a liking of her 'senpai' after she sees the drawings that he had created when he accidentally dropped it. Because this senpai gets flustered easily, Nagatoro starts messing with him. Although this comes the category of bullying, I think it's closer to teasing since she knows where the line is and makes sure that senpai doesn't actually gets hurt from her comments.

So basically I began reading this manga because I heard it from anitubers (The Anime Man) talk about it and there's an anime adaption in the works. I read the 63 chapters (not gonna lie, it is an addictive read) and honestly I think reading 63 chapters were enough for me to say, this ain't for me chief....

It's not at all an exaggeration when I say that the eyes are what first sparked my interest in this manga and are predominantly what maintains my interest as the series continues. I've read my fair share of manga, but I can't think of any other with eyes this expressive and beautiful. As Nagatoro tease-flirts with the unnamed senpai and enjoys femself, feir irises fluidly change size and color and grow Ringlets of Mischief. Which contrasts with feir almost lifeless stare when fe engages with other boys. And then there's feir Almond Eyes of Don't-Touch-My-Man, which perfectly evoke possessive jealousy. As for the senpai, feir eyes wiggle and squirm behind feir glasses as fe tries to avoid confrontation.

So far it is a cute, funny story. The main character is a artsy nerd who's scared of his own shadow. A cute underclassman takes an interest in him, and displays it by harassing him constantly. It has been interesting to what their relationship progress.
